再会の時!(reunion time!!)
21日に開幕したAVCCup。
懐かしい顔ぶれと再会することが出来ました。
タイの監督、ドｳアンとは彼がナショナルチームアナリスト時代からの付き合いです。
またコーチのギブは私の教え子です。
このギブは、私の教え子と結構しました。
オーストラリアチーム監督のエリック。
試合のたびに会いますね〜
エリックは、私の知人Y氏と親しいということがわかり親睦が深まりました。
今回の遠征で一番お世話になりましたフィリピン協会のSherwin。
彼との付き合いは2018年から今日まで続いてます。
今回は大会前の合宿準備(台湾協会の都合でキャンセルとなった)まで行ってくれました。
そのほか、懐かしい顔ぶれとも再会。
再会を喜ぶ時間ですね。
国際試合は短期決戦。
大会期間中気が休まることもなく孤独な日が続きますが、この再会の時は別の空間があるみたいです。
さあ、明日も勝ちに行こう！（あっ今日負けたんだ！笑笑笑・・・）
AVC Cup started on the 21st.

I learned that Eric was close to my acquaintance, Mr. Y, and our friendship deepened.
Sherwin from the Philippine Association was the most helpful in this expedition.
I have been in a relationship with him since 2018.
This time, they went all the way to prepare for the pre-tournament training camp (which was canceled due to the circumstances of the Taiwan Association).
In addition, I met with a nostalgic face again.
It's time to rejoice in the reunion.
International games are short-term decisive battles.
During the tournament period, the lonely days continue without rest, but it seems that there will be a different space at the time of this reunion.
Come on, let's go win tomorrow! (Ah, We lost today! ha ha ha.....)
開幕AVCCup!
8月21日開幕のAVCCup出場のためにマニラに入りました。
2020年1月のオリンピック最終予選以来となりますので、2年半ぶりの国際試合となります。
他の国は2021年より国際試合参加してるので、我がチームとしてはかなりの不安がある大会となりました。
また、前回のブログでもお伝えしましたが、隔離回数が多くチーム練習がほとんどできていない状態・・・どうなることやら・・です（苦笑）
このマニラは2018年11月に私は訪問してます。
実は2019年2月より、マ二ラのクラブチーム監督になる予定でした。
話も、80％まとまってました。
しかし、台湾協会からオファーがかかり、迷いに迷い台湾を選び今日に至っているわけです。
マニラのクラブチームスタッフとも会いました。
開口一番、あの時のお詫びをした次第です。
さあ、この大会はどうなるでしょうか?
I'm in Manila for the AVC Cup which starts on August 21st.
It will be the first international match in two and a half years since the final Olympic qualifiers in January 2020.
Other countries are participating in international matches from 2021, so it was a tournament with considerable anxiety for our team.
Also, as I mentioned in the previous blog, the team has been quarantined a lot and has hardly been able to practice... what should I do... (bitter smile)
I visited Manila in November 2018.
Actually, from February 2019, I was scheduled to become a manager of the Manila club team.
The story was 80% complete.
However, I received an offer from the Taiwan Association, and I hesitated and chose Taiwan, which is what I am today.
I also met with the club team staff in Manila.
Most importantly, I apologized for that time.
So what's going on with this tournament?
チーム始動・・しかし・・・
8月21日開幕のAVCcup（フィリピン・マニラ）に向け始動。
しかし、チーム内でコロナ感染者、濃厚接触者が出るたびに練習中断となり外部のホテルで隔離生活。
ちなみに私は８回の隔離を経験してます（笑）
台湾は非常に厳しいですね〜
当初、台湾はコロナ対策に万全を期し世界からも注目されましたが、現在では日に日に増えている状態です。
話は戻りますが、練習スタート→中断→練習スタート→中断・・・・・練習は3、4日行い隔離が4~6日。
ですから、全くチーム作りが進まない状態です。
隔離中選手らは、部屋でトレーニング。これは、トレーナーが一日２回のメニュー作成し選手へ送信されます。
隔離は身体にストレスを与え、全く良い環境でないのは確かですね。
監督の私が体調不良になってます。
Started for the AVCcup (Manila, Philippines) which started on August 21st.
However, every time there was a corona infected person or a close contact in the team, practice was suspended and quarantined at an outside hotel.
By the way, I have been quarantined 8 times (laughs).
Taiwan is very strict~
At first, Taiwan took all possible measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and attracted attention from around the world, but now the number of cases is increasing day by day.
Going back to the topic, practice start→interruption→practice start→interruption... practice for 3 or 4 days and isolation for 4-6 days.
Therefore, team building is not progressing at all.
Quarantine players train in their rooms. This is sent to the athletes by creating a menu twice a day by the trainer.
Isolation puts stress on the body and is certainly not a good environment at all.
I, the director, am not feeling well.
再び誕生日!(2021/10/2)
また誕生日を迎えました。
この歳になると、嬉しくない！と思うのは、私だけでしょうか？
この学校は中学バレーの名門校『双十中学（台中市)』。
全国大会連覇中の学校です。
部員は３２名。
日本お中学校にしたら、羨ましい限りでしょうね。
台湾の中学、高校は日本と違い一つの学校に多種の部活動はありません。
一つの学校に対して2~4競技でしょうか？
バレーを続けたい子は、バレー部のある学校を選びます。
ですから、必然的にチームは強くなります。
日本みたいに強豪校と一般の学校みたいな大差はありません。
また、専門スタッフがチームをコーチングします。
日本は顧問問題で教員に負担がかかり問題になっているようですね。
台湾のスタイルは非常に合理的だと思います。
日本も、そのうち専門家の指導者がチーム運営を行うときがくるでしょうね。

It's another birthday.
I'm not happy at my age! Am I the only one who thinks so?
This school is a prestigious junior high school volleyball school "Souju Junior High School (Taichung City)".
It is a school that is winning consecutive national championships.
There are 32 members.
If it were a Japanese junior high school, I would be envious.
Unlike Japan, junior and senior high schools in Taiwan do not have a variety of extracurricular activities.
2-4 competitions for one school?
Children who want to continue playing ballet will choose a school with a ballet club.
Therefore, the team will inevitably become stronger.
There is no big difference between a strong school like Japan and a general school.
In addition, professional staff will coach the team.
In Japan, it seems that the problem of advisors puts a burden on teachers and is becoming a problem.
I think Taiwan's style is very reasonable.
In Japan as well, the time will soon come when an expert coach will manage the team.

2021年チーム解散!(2021/8/31)
8月末解散予定であったAVCCupは、日程変更によりチャイニーズタイペイチームは参加辞退となった次第です。
短期間ながら大会に向け準備してましたが、日程変更はTVL(Taiwan Top League)開幕と重ねっているため出場は断念せざる得ませんでした。
こんな訳で2021年のチームは解散となりました。
選手は、各自チームへ戻ります。
私は、昨年同様中学校、高校の指導に台湾全土を回ることになりました。
選手のみんな、2022年に会おう！
The AVCCup, which was scheduled to be disbanded at the end of August, has decided to withdraw from the Chinese Taipei team due to schedule changes.
Although we had been preparing for the tournament for a short period of time, we had no choice but to give up on participating as the schedule change coincided with the opening of the TVL (Taiwan Top League).
This is why the 2021 team has been disbanded.
Players return to their respective teams.
Like last year, I will be traveling all over Taiwan teaching middle and high schools.

台湾で2回目の誕生日迎えました（笑顔）(2020/10/2)
本日、台湾で2回目の誕生日迎えました。
昨年8月に亡くなった父も、今日2日が誕生日です。
クールダウン中に選手が私の周りに来て、キャプテンが『コージさん（選手は私の事をコージさんと呼ぶ）私達からハグのプレゼントです』と選手一人一人とハグ！
思わず涙がこぼれそうでしたね（涙）
メッセージとして『私の願いは、このチームを勝たせる事だ！』と述べました。
2020年全ての大会がキャンセルとなりましたが、2021に向けチームは始動しています。
台湾バレーボール界の為にもベストを尽くします（気合）
選手のみんな、今日はありがとう！！
