今回は“ベトナム交通異常!第丹巻 車編”を記載したいと思う。
バクニンの早朝は仕事に向かう車が道路を占領している光景は万国共通である。
そんな中、私は毎日朝食のため、コーチの車・バイクに便乗させてもらっているのだ。
有難いことである！（感謝）
ただ、朝の移動時、車を逆走させる場面に遭遇することも少なくない（冷汗）
この行為はコーチに限らず、練習会場へ移動中のバスでもあり得るのだ。
ちなみにバスは４０人乗りの大型である
私は、ハラハラドキドキ・・・
しかし、選手らは物心ついた時から見慣れた光景なのだろうか？
何事もないように、やたら落ち着きペチャクチャと話に夢中である。
試合中に、この落ち着きが欲しいものだ（苦笑）
対向車もクラクションを鳴らすこともない。
逆走など、日常茶飯のはずだ。
狼狽えているのは私だけであり、やたらと右脚が突っ張る。
おまけに、ベトナムではシートベルト着用義務がない。
車へ乗車と同時にシートベルトへ手が伸びるのは、日本での習慣であろう。
しかし、コーチの車（恐らくベトナム国民）はシートベルトが使用できないように代わりのフックが装置されているのだ。
なぜ？なぜ？との疑問は私だけであろうか？
時には警察の交通取り締まり現場を見にすることも珍しくない。
そこでまた疑問である。
何を取り締まっているのだろうか？と・・・

余談ではあるが、一度夕食外出後の帰宅途中、駐車禁止の車に遭遇。
警察車両が来て、マイクで何やら訴えている。
車の持ち主が現れ、長時間の会話。
警察官はお怒りの様子。
恐らくレッカー車で車を持って行くのであろう。
だから、車の持ち主は必死に訴えていたのだ・・
厳しいな！！
逆走は許されても、駐車禁止は許されない・・・
恐るべしベトナム！！

However, when traveling in the morning, it is not uncommon to encounter scenes where the car is driven in the opposite direction (cold sweat).
This behavior is not limited to coaches, it can also be a bus traveling to the practice venue.
By the way, the bus is a large one that seats 40 people.
I'm nervous...
However, the players must have been familiar with it since they can remember.
As if nothing had happened, he was very calm and absorbed in chattering.
I want this calmness during the game (bitter smile)
No oncoming vehicles honk their horns.
It should be a daily occurrence, such as reverse running.
I'm the only one who's confused, and my right leg stretches out.
In addition, wearing seat belts is not obligatory in Vietnam.
Reaching for your seatbelt as soon as you get into the car is a custom in Japan.
However, the coach's car (probably a Vietnamese citizen) has an alternative hook installed so that the seat belt cannot be used.
why? why? Am I the only one with this question?
Sometimes it is not uncommon to see police cracking down on traffic.
There is another question.
What are they cracking down on? and···
As an aside, on the way home after going out for dinner, I encountered a car that was prohibited from parking.
A police car came and complained with a microphone.
The owner of the car appears and we have a long conversation.
The police officer looks angry.
They will probably take the car with a tow truck.
That's why the owner of the car desperately complained...
Harsh! !
Even if reverse driving is allowed, parking prohibition is not allowed...
