Mr Kennyは、ナショナルチーム監督時代の二人目のチームマネージャーとなります。
実は半年前、娘の初回短期留学の際、Mr kenny宅にもお世話になっています。
Mr kennyはゴルフ大会があったらしく多忙。
そのため、奥様のMis vivienが迎えに来てくださいました。
奥様も、娘との再会に喜ばれてましたね。
そこで、奥様と娘の会話に、成長を感じました。

ターミナル２への迎えは、マレーシアビーチバレーパートナーのMr kim wei.
勿論、彼との再会も20年ぶりです。
しかも、彼に連絡したのは22日。
私が２２日にマレーシアへ行く。とメールしたから、彼は来月１２月２２日だと思ったそうです。
明後日の２２日のことを伝えると、彼は早々迎えに来てくれたということですね。
持つべきものは友ですね。ははは・・・
彼の車で、娘の待つホテルへ。
車内から見るKLの街は変わりすぎてました（驚き）
あんなに高層ビルあったか？と驚くばかり・・・
そんな中、ホテルを間違えたり、道間違えたりしながら、どうにか娘と三ヶ月ぶりの再会。
変わってないな〜！
三ヶ月前と同じだな〜！と思いましたが、その後、娘に成長を感じることになります。

留学中の娘に会うために11月24日〜２７日までマレーシアを20年ぶりに訪問。
離陸前にハノイ空港で腹ごしらえ！
20年ぶりか〜と、クアラルンプール（KL）の地理を頭で整理し、訪問先のイメージトレーニングを行い、これでバッチシ！！と思いきや、いきなり到着がターミナル２・・・・えっ、ターミナル２あったか？と疑問。
荷物を受け取り、扉が開くと・・・そこはショッピングモールが・・・空港とは思えませんでしたね。ははは・・・
おまけに出口がわからないし・・・ははは・・・（笑いは苦笑いに変わりました）
確かに、20年前にターミナル２は無かったことを確信しました。
しかし、これはほんの予兆にすぎないことが、徐々にわかってくるのです。

8月のユースゲーム終了後、2023年12月３１日を持って契約終了することを決めた。
その後、各国へオファーメールを出し続けウズベキスタン協会、ナイジェリア協会、ペルー協会より返信を受けとった。
内容だけ見れば、どの協会も手応えがある。
しかし、ナイジェリア協会は、その後２、３回のメールのやり取りがありはしたが頓挫（苦笑）
ペルー協会は“採用について会議を行います！”とのこと。
その後再び『ペルーバレーに対する想い』を題材にレポート作成し送信。
ただいま(11月19日)現在音信不通。
ウズベキスタン協会とはオンラインミーチング開催(10/31)。
現在、給与についての質問事項を伝えているが、こちらの一方通行状態。
カザフスタン、クラブチームより、突然youth Team監督要請の連絡あり(11/14)。
クラブチームだけあり、頻繁にメールが届き、私の即答を待っている様子であった。
しかし、給与について、こちらの希望額を伝えると音信不通。
交渉は行うが確定ではない。
油断禁物！！
過去にも、幾度となく同じ経験をしている。

毎回、このような感じで海外諸国とやり取りを行っている。
昨年は9月から11月まで約８００通（800回）のメール送信を海外諸国協会へ行なったが、現在のKinh Bac Bac Ninh Youth Teamとの契約に誇示つけたのは第三者の紹介である。
このように、契約にたどり着くまでは並大抵なことではない。
特に私みたいに、バックボーンの無い無名の人物には無謀な挑戦と言えるだろう。
ただ、「バレーが好きだから・・」で出来るレベルの仕事では無いのだ。
“海外で活動するまでの三原則“は
『体力』
『タイミング』
『運』である。
問題は、タイミングであろうか？
しかし、どの国も2024年の監督人事は、この時期に決まるはずである。

そんな選手らの気持ちが、よくわかる。
