再会!!(reunion!!)

　　

 本日はユースチームメンバーらとAVC Club Cup観戦。

2019年のAVC Club Cup（天津）以来4年ぶりに『久光スプリングス』の”酒井新悟監督”と再会しました。

酒井監督との出会いは、私が”大分三好ヴァイセアドラー”監督時代まで遡ります。

2008年9月に監督就任しV開幕まで、残りわずかの期間に堺ブレイーザーズへお世話になりました。

その時、酒井監督（当時はコーチ）の丁寧な対応に感心したものです。

当時の私は海外で11年のコーチ生活を送っていたとは言え、日本では全くの超無名コーチ。

宮崎のバレー関係者（勿論知らない方多数）、日立の元同僚以外は私が海外でコーチ活動していることは知られていない状態でした。

※勿論、当時の各V監督陣も、私の存在すら誰も知らない。

そんな何処の馬の骨かわからない私に対し、丁重に接してくださいました。

まあ、そんな私が堺ブレイザーズへ出向くこと事態がおこがましいのですが・・・ははは（(^^;;

月日が流れ2019年に再会した時、共に女子チームの監督になっていましたが、あの時と変わらぬ丁重な対応をされ『日本一の監督になっても変わられないな〜』と感心した次第です。

また、萱島GMとも、お会いすることができ、お元気そうで何よりでした。

しかも、萱島GMは私と同じ宮崎出身😀

一度話し出すと話題が尽きませんね😅

今回は懐かしい方々に再会でき、良き一日でした。

Today, I watched the AVC Club Cup with the youth team members.

It has been 4 years since the 2019 AVC Club Cup (Tianjin), and I was reunited with “Hisamitsu Springs” director Shingo Sakai.

My encounter with Director Sakai dates back to the time when I was the director of “Oita Miyoshi Weisse Adler”.

I was appointed manager in September 2008, and I was indebted to the Sakai Blazers for a short period of time until the start of the V season.

At that time, I was impressed by the polite response of Director Sakai (coach at the time).

Although I spent 11 years as a coach overseas at the time, I was a completely unknown coach in Japan.

Except for people involved in Miyazaki volleyball (of course, many people don't know about it) and my former colleagues at Hitachi, no one knew that I was a coach overseas.

* Of course, none of the V directors at the time even knew of my existence.

I had no idea where the horse bones came from, but they treated me with respect. 

Time passed and when we met again in 2019, we were both coaches of the women's team. I'm impressed.

Also, I was able to meet GM Kayashima, and he seemed to be doing well.

Moreover, GM Kayashima is from Miyazaki, same as me.

Once you start talking about it, you won't run out of topics 😅

This time, I was able to reunite with nostalgic people, and it was a good day.
