波乱の幕開け！
2月24日ベトナム、バクニンで初の朝を迎えました。
my pillow持参しましたが、よく寝れたのか・・・よく寝れなかったのか・・・
わからない状態の中、朝を迎えた次第です。
朝食はシニアチーム監督とコーチの案内でベトナムフード。
『coffee and bread』の看板見えたので”俺のパン好き知ってるんだ〜”と感心してたら、隣のベトナムヌードル「フォー」でした（笑）。
朝食後は、ベトナムカフェへ移動。
そこで、通訳と合流し終始穏やかな雰囲気で会話が弾みました・・・しかし、この後、事態は大きく変わって行きます。
シニアチームスタッフと別れ、私と通訳はBac Ninhバレーボールチームを支える本部へ移動。
そこで、チームのGM、その他のスタッフを紹介され、契約に至るまでのやり取りや世間話で笑いも出てました。
本題の契約内容に入った時に、私の周りの空気が変わりましたね。
当初、私の契約期間は、2023年2月〜2024年2月。
次の提示が2023年2月〜12月31日。
しかもこの契約期間中、私は監督ですが試用期間となり、給料は上がることはありません。
要するに、この契約期間、私の評価は周りが行うということです。
そこで、ベトナム入国前から通訳を通し下記のリクエストを提示しました。
私の評価について・・・
①正しい判断の出来る人材。
②コーチングを理解している人材。
③先見の眼差しのある人材。
この内容は、過去に多国協会に所属し学んだ経験知識です。
そのような契約内容でも、私は本日契約書へサインするつもりでした。
するとGMから
”契約は三ヶ月とする。その後、契約延長か？解除か？は、こちらが判断する”
とのこと。
理由として、2018年7月に右足大腿骨骨折を伝えられました。

怪我の具合を指摘され”足に問題あれば台湾でも監督して居ないだろう”とのセリフに、”契約は三ヶ月だから！”と言い張るGM。
この日は、契約期間に変更がありサインなし。
これが、ベトナムか？
過去に、日本人コーチが長期期間続いた事がない国ベトナム。
外部を受け入れない国ベトナム。
なんか、理由が分かるようなき気がしましたね。
そんなこんなで、怒り心頭の中本部を後にしました。
午後からはYouth Teamの練習初参加（写真をご覧ください）
意識したわけでもなく普段通りのスタイルで練習行いました。
通訳とのコンビは・・・まだま今からです（苦笑）
夕飯後は、早速諸外国の関係者に新たなオファー掛けてます。
ベトナム滞在二日目にして、波乱の幕開け。
早くも、ドラマがスターして居ました。
今後、どうなることやら・・・
On February 24th, we had our first morning in Bac Ninh, Vietnam.
I brought you a pillow, did you sleep well... didn't you sleep well...
In an unknown state, depending on the morning.
Breakfast is Vietnamese cuisine under the guidance of senior team directors and coaches.
When I saw the "Coffee and Bread" sign, I was moved by the Vietnamese noodles "Pho" next door (laughs).
After breakfast, we went to a Vietnamese cafe.
There, I met an interpreter, and the conversation was lively in a calm atmosphere from beginning to end.
After saying goodbye to the senior team staff, the interpreter and I moved to the headquarters that supports the Bac Ninh volleyball team.
There, I was introduced to the team's GM and other staff, and I laughed at the exchanges and small talk leading up to the signing of the contract.
The air around me changed when I entered the main contract content.
Initially, my contract period is from February 2023 to February 2024.
The next offer is from February to December 31, 2023.
Moreover, during this contract period, although I am a director, it will be a probationary period, and my salary will not increase.
In short, during this contract period, my evaluation will be done by those around me.
Therefore, I presented the following request through an interpreter before entering Vietnam.
About my rating...
(1) Human resources who can make correct decisions.
(2) Personnel who understand coaching.
(3) Personnel with foresight.
This content is based on experience and knowledge that I have learned while belonging to a multinational association in the past.
Even with such a contract, I intended to sign the contract today.
Then from the GM
“The contract will be for three months. After that, we will decide whether to extend the contract or cancel it.”
That's what I'm talking about.
As a reason, I was told in July 2018 that I fractured my right leg femur.

Pointing out the extent of his injury, the GM insisted, "The contract is for three months!"
On this day, the contract period was changed and there was no signature.
Is this Vietnam?
Vietnam, a country where Japanese coaches have never continued for a long time in the past.
Vietnam is a country that does not accept outsiders.
Somehow, I felt like I knew the reason.
With that, I left the headquarters in a state of anger.

The combination with the interpreter is still from now (bitter smile)
After dinner, I immediately make new offers to people involved in foreign countries.
On the second day of my stay in Vietnam, the beginning of turmoil.
The drama has already started.
