ベトナム居酒屋編!!(Vietnamese Izakaya Edition!!)
毎週土曜日は居酒屋の日。
この日だけは、暴飲暴食が許される日(誰が決めたん！)でもあり、日頃の疲労を癒してくれる場、そして時間ですね。
本日６日は、６月のYouth Championshipを見据え、ハノイの軍隊チームへ遠征。
この軍隊のシニアチームは2022年ベトナム選手権チャンピオンでもあるのです。
試合は６セット行い全戦全敗！
完敗でした（苦笑）
“このチームにはセットを取れないであろう！
しかし、２０点獲得すれば収穫あるな！“と思ってましたら、ワンサイドゲーム・・・(言葉も見つからない）
全て、監督の責任です（反省）
終了後早々、Bac Ninhへ戻った次第です。
そんなこともあり、夕方重い足取りで居酒屋”Tokyo sushi”へ。
まずは、お決まりの生ビールをイッキ！！
つまみは、最近お気に入りのレバニラ炒めにキムチ。
しかし、昼間の怒りが込み上げ、久しぶりのお酒も美味しくないですね〜。
この夜は、生２杯にハイボール。
まだ飲めますが、帰路の自転車とベトナム交通事情を考えると、この量が最良と思われます（笑）。
締めに、ざるうどんをオーダー！
しかし、なかなか出てこないですよ〜
私：すみません！ざるうどん、まだですか？
スタッフ：ざるうどんは品切れです（即答）
私：・・・・・・・（汗）
“ちゃんと伝えてよ！（心で叫ぶ）”
鍋焼きうどんありますか？
スタッフ：あります！(即答）
鍋焼き一丁〜ｵ
スタッフとのやりとりから約15分。
待てども暮らせど、出てくる気配なし・・
私：鍋焼きうどんはあるんですか？
スタッフ：少々お待ちください。
伝票記入ありましたが、調理忘れてました・・
急いで作ります。
少々お待ちください。
私：ハイ、いつまでも待ちます！
ざるうどんを注文し、鍋焼きうどんが出てくるまで、待つこと45分。
居酒屋滞在２時間10分。（いつもは50分〜７０分）
こうして、私の楽しみ居酒屋時間はすぎて行ったのでした。
しかし、今回の件があっても、来週再びこのお店へ来ます。
なぜなら、この居酒屋はアットホームで落ち着くんですよね〜（笑顔）

First of all, the usual draft beer at once! !
The snack is my recent favorite kimchi and stir fry.
However, during the day, anger wells up, and the sake I drank for the first time in a long time doesn't taste good.
Two draft beers and a highball tonight.
I could drink more, but considering the bike on the way home and the traffic situation in Vietnam, this amount seems to be the best.
Zaru udon!
But it doesn't come out easily~
Me: Excuse me! Zaru udon yet?
Staff: Zaru udon is out of stock (immediate answer)
Me:・・・ (sweat)
"Say it properly! (Cry of the heart)"
"Do you have nabeyaki udon?"
Staff: Yes! (immediate answer)
Nabeyaki Icchoo~
About 15 minutes after interacting with the staff.
I'm waiting but there is no sign of coming out...
Me: Do you have nabeyaki udon?
Staff: Please wait a moment.
We had the slip, but forgot to cook...
We will make it quickly.
please wait a little bit.
Me: I'll wait forever!
I ordered zaru udon and waited 45 minutes for nabeyaki udon to come out.
2 hours and 10 minutes at an izakaya. (Usually 50-70 minutes)
As expected, my fun izakaya time has passed.
But even with this incident, I will come to this store again next week.
That's why the izakaya here is cozy and soothing~
