National Youth tournament（三話）
今大会に向け不安材料が２点有りました。
①戦術・戦略をちゃんと"聞いているだろうか？"
練習の回数を増すごとに、選手らが私の話を聞いていないことに気付きました。
これは、ベトナムスタイルでもある練習を黙々と熟す。
黙々と取り組むことが重要となり考えない！機械的な練習になっている！
コーチから言われることは『はい』と答えておけば良い。
１対１で聞いていないのだから、チーム全体になればなおさら聴いていない。
②敵はネット向こう側でなく自チームに居るかもしれない。
気分でプレーをする選手が多い。
"クラスメート"としては仲が良いが、"チームメイト"としての信頼関係に欠ける。
この２点の不安材料は大会前、すでにスタッフにも伝えておきました。
そんな中、6日にグループ戦がスタートし１０日までの成績は３勝１敗。
※女子グループは１３チーム参加。
Cグループ６チーム・Dグループ７チーム。
私のKinh Bac-Bac NinhチームはDグループ。
３勝０敗で迎えた10日の対戦相手は、練習試合でコテンパンにやられたBTL Thong tin（ハノイ）。
正直、対戦は楽しみにしていました。
しかし、ここで不安材料①が起きてしまいます。
：マークするべきスパイカーの確認を怠る。
：守るべきデイフェンスポジションに移動していない。
：etc
タイム中に伝えたことが、伝わっていなかった（聞いていなかった）ことが敗因ですね。
結果は0-3敗退。
試合後から私は”どのようにしたら最低限のことを伝えられるか？（聴けるか！）“ということを考えていました。
I have two concerns about this tournament.
① Are you listening to the tactics and strategies properly?
As I practiced more and more, I realized that the players were not listening to me.
This quietly ripens the practice of Vietnamese style.
It's important to work silently and don't think!
All you have to do is say "yes" to what your coach says.
If you don't listen to one-on-one, you don't listen to the whole team.
② The enemy may be on your team, not on the other side of the net.
There are many players who play with feeling.
They get along well as classmates, but lack trust as teammates.
I already told the staff about these two concerns before the tournament.
Meanwhile, the group match started on the 6th, and the results until the 10th were 3 wins and 1 loss.
*13 women's groups participated.
6 teams in C group and 7 teams in D group.
My Kinh Bac-Bac Ninh team is in D group.
With a record of 3 wins and 0 losses, their opponent on the 10th was BTL Thong tin (Hanoi), who had been beaten in a practice match.
To be honest, I was looking forward to the match.
However, anxiety material ① will occur here.
: Neglecting to identify spikers that should be marked.
: Has not moved to a defensive position to defend.
: etc.
What I told you during the time was not conveyed (I didn't hear it), so I lost.
The result is 0-3 loss.
After the game, I was thinking, ``How can I convey the bare minimum? (Can They listen!)''.
